As a Registered Nutritional Therapist (PGDip, NTPD, NLP, BANT, CNHC), I run a busy clinic in Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and online specialising in weight management, gut health, digestive and women's health.

For all of my clients I create fully personalised diet and lifestyle plans, tailored to your unique needs, including supplement and functional testing recommendations, mouth-watering recipes, and informative handouts which explain the reasoning and science behind the practise.

All of my clients will receive access to cutting-edge testing services that delve deep into your lifestyle and symptoms, providing tailored recommendations to help you reach your goals. These include Dutch Hormone Testing, Organic Acids Test, Gut Microbiome, Vaginal Microbiome, Glucose Monitoring and Vitamin and Mineral testing to enable full personalisation of your recommendations and supplements.
